Terms of Use

1. Acceptance

By accessing or using the Sentel interface at sentel.xyz (the "Interface"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, do not use the Interface.

These Terms apply to your use of the Interface only. The underlying Sentel smart contract program is deployed on-chain and operates independently of these Terms.

2. Description of the Interface

The Interface is a web application that provides a visual front-end for interacting with the Sentel on-chain program on the Solana blockchain. The Interface does not hold, custody, or control any assets. All transactions are signed by you locally and submitted directly to the Solana network.

3. Eligibility

By using the Interface you represent that:

• You are at least 18 years of age or the age of majority in your jurisdiction.
• You are not located in, or a resident of, any jurisdiction where use of the Interface is prohibited by law.
• You are not subject to any sanctions administered by OFAC, the UN, or any other relevant authority.
• You are using the Interface solely for your own account and not on behalf of any sanctioned entity.

4. Non-custodial nature

Sentel is a non-custodial protocol. We do not have access to your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet credentials. We cannot:

• Access, freeze, or move your assets.
• Recover lost wallets or reverse on-chain transactions.
• Cancel or modify a transaction once it has been submitted to the network.

You are solely responsible for the security of your wallet and the accuracy of every transaction you sign.

5. Risks

Interacting with blockchain-based protocols carries significant risk. By using the Interface you acknowledge and accept:

• Smart contract risk. Bugs or vulnerabilities in the on-chain program could result in loss of funds. The program has not been formally audited.
• Market risk. Token prices are volatile. Rebalances and swaps execute at market prices and may result in financial loss.
• Slippage. Swap execution prices may differ from quoted prices due to market movement between proposal and execution.
• Network risk. Solana network congestion or outages may cause transactions to fail or be delayed.
• Key loss. If you lose access to your wallet you lose access to the vault. There is no recovery mechanism.
• Regulatory risk. The regulatory status of DeFi protocols and digital assets is uncertain and may change.

6. Prohibited uses

You agree not to use the Interface to:

• Violate any applicable law or regulation.
• Circumvent sanctions or anti-money-laundering obligations.
• Engage in market manipulation, wash trading, or fraudulent activity.
• Interfere with, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Interface or the on-chain program.
• Use automated scripts or bots to interact with the Interface in a manner that degrades performance for other users.

7. Fees

A protocol fee of 0.05% (minimum 0.005 SOL, maximum 0.2 SOL) is charged on transfers, swaps, rebalances, and retrievals. Fees are collected entirely on-chain by the program and sent to a hard-coded protocol address. Sentel does not collect fees outside the on-chain mechanism.

Solana network fees (gas) are always paid by the wallet that signs the transaction and are not controlled by Sentel.

8. Intellectual property

The Interface, including its design, text, and code, is the proprietary property of Sentel. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Interface without prior written consent.

9. Disclaimer of warranties

THE INTERFACE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. SENTEL DOES NOT WARRANT THAT THE INTERFACE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR FREE OF HARMFUL COMPONENTS.

10. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SENTEL AND ITS CONTRIBUTORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF FUNDS, DATA, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF THE INTERFACE OR THE ON-CHAIN PROGRAM, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

11. Modifications

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. The "Last updated" date at the top of this page will reflect changes. Continued use of the Interface after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

12. Governing law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration or in a court of competent jurisdiction, as determined by applicable law in your jurisdiction.
